Shipping policy

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders take about 24-48 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM PST everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday as our carriers do not come pickup packages on weekends.

I live on the East/West Coast, how long until my order gets here?

If you live on the West Coast, expect orders to come in 2-3 business days. If you live on the East Coast, you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days depending on where you are located.

My order says it got delivered, but I cannot seem to locate it at my front door or my mailbox. What should I do?

We HIGHLY recommend you check with your local carrier to see if the package accidentally ended up with a neighbor, different PO box or mailbox. More often than not, this seems to answer this question. However, if you still cannot locate your package, please email support@yipfree.com and we will open a case with the carrier to locate the package.

Do you guys offer overnight shipping?

We currently do not offer this service. If you are in need of something ASAP, please email support@yipfree.com and we can send an invoice for an overnighted label (will be a custom order).
